Terms of Service

What the Service is

Net Sheet Now lets escrow officers, title agents, and title account executives set up a fee schedule once and share a branded link that lets real estate agents generate an estimated seller net sheet — instantly, with the officer's own logo and contact information.

Estimates only — not a substitute for closing documents

Every net sheet generated by the Service is an estimate based on the sale price, loan payoffs, and fee schedule entered or configured at the time. It is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a guarantee of final proceeds, not a substitute for a preliminary title report, escrow instructions, or closing statement, and actual costs and net proceeds may vary. Buyers, sellers, and agents should confirm final numbers with their escrow or title officer before relying on them.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the fee schedule and contact information you configure, and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the Service, or falls significantly behind on payment.

Billing

Officer accounts are billed according to the plan selected at signup (see netsheetnow.com/#pricing for current plans and pricing). Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms governing that payment. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the dashboard and branded calculator links until the account is brought current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to defraud, mislead, or misrepresent closing costs to any buyer, seller, or agent.
• Attempt to access another officer's account, fee schedule, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or the rules of your state's escrow, title, or real estate regulator.

Intellectual property

Net Sheet Now retains all rights to the Service itself — the calculator, the software, and the Net Sheet Now name and mark. An officer's own logo, contact information, and fee schedule remain theirs; we use them only to render that officer's branded net sheets.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Net Sheet Now is not liable for decisions made based on an estimated net sheet, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
